Rheumatoid Arthritis - ABIM Maintenance of Certification

You must be enrolled in the Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Program in order to report your established quality improvement activity to the ABIM. You may enroll in MOC and/or report your activity through the Board's web site as follows:

• Access the ABIM web site: www.abim.org
  
  
• Select On-Line Services from the Main Menu
  
  
• Enter your 6-digit Diplomate number
  
  
• Enter your password. If you have not established a password, you may use your date of birth in its place. Enter your date of birth as a 6 digit number consisting of month, day and year
  
  
• Click on the orange Login button
  
  
• If you are accessing your personal home page for the first time, you will be prompted to update your contact information and also prompted to complete a practice characteristics survey before your home page will be accessible
  
  
• When your personal home page appears, scroll down to the column titled "My Maintenance of Certification Program." If you have not yet enrolled in MOC, click "Enroll in Maintenance of Certification Program" and follow the instructions
  
  
• If enrolled in MOC, you may select the "Report Established Quality Improvement activity for practice performance credit" from the column titled "My Maintenance of Certification Program"
  
  
• Next, select the appropriate program from the list of currently approved programs:
