Implementation Process
A 3 – 6 month timeframe depending on
the complexity of quality indicators and
underlying chart data, and of
measurement and comparison
to norms. Piloting an improvement module may require
an additional 1-3 months duration,
depending on pilot participant
availability and the practice
improvement timeframe allowed.
